Overall it was a good stay except the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay. I would have like to used it during my two day stay.

The pool was under “mantice” I’m assuming that was “maintenance”? The refrigerator had issues and was buzzing sooo loud I couldn’t sleep, had to switch rooms from a single king bed that I booked to a double queen bed, my keycard didn’t work to open fitness room, had to vocally yell for someone around front desk for minutes until someone came and “his card” worked to unlock the room, the breakfast was almost nonexistent with watered down OJ And when I asked for any type of compensation I got a “we can’t do anything because you booked through a third party website”? DO NOT STAY HERE, go ANYWHERE ELSE I’ve stayed in many hotels around the country and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had, I would never even consider this again

Rude Staff
We ended up canceling the reservation because the front desk staff was so rude. We were in town for a wedding and were told we could not check in until 3, which was an hour after the wedding was scheduled. We explained why we were early (it was around 10:30 am) and were told we could do an early check in at 1:45 for an extra $25, which would not have helped when the wedding started at 2 in Winneconne. We had to find a place to get dressed for the wedding and decided to just drive the 3 hours home after instead of wasting time at the hotel. Will not return.

The air conditioner, you just couldnt see the temp up or down so we didnt know what the temp was at....went by feel and adjusted but shouod be fixed. Had 3 snall garbages, which was a plus!

Dirty. Our bathroom sink had dried toothpaste on it. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in and never once did we see or hear a vacuum running.. never do they offer milk for lactose intolerant people. And no bananas.
