Very uncooperative management if you have a billing issue. I received a reservation confirmation that was a Grand Suite room for $319 and was charged considerably more. They also knew the city had a boil water advisory and did not notify guests.
We loved the charming Inn. We had a room in the newly remodeled back Mansion and the room was small but very charming and bathroom was amazing. We loved the sitting rooms and AC was always very nice and cold. Our only complaint is room service never came over the 3 days we stayed. You have to ask and we did but they never came. New pool and spa coming also. Probably will go back
Great old time look like what one might imagine an older southern large house would feel like. Locals patronize the bar and it's a genuine small town vibe. Room was on the small side but quite nice. Quaint common areas to hangout in. Keep in mind if you book on Expedia it's essentially a reservation and you have to pay when you get to the hotel.

Good check-in, room spacious.nice bar, comfortable bed. But half the dresser drawers couldn’t open, micro-closet space. Restaurant servers ignored us and others; food cold. Room was not cleaned, wet, used towels were left behind. Took 15 minutes for shower water to get hot.
Historic charm and enjoyed the small downtown convenience.
We felt the seating in the room was uncomfortable and could not control the room temperature.
