Where to start ... The beds had double quilts folded over to a single quit as they had run out of single quilts. The windows hadn't been cleaned - Both nights the fire alarm went off twice ! Only 1 looker key available in the swimming pool area so no where to leave your things safe ! Hence we then could not use the pool facilities. Our room was not cleaned till 3.30pm, We had left it at 7.15am as i was running the Antrim Half marathon, all i wanted was a clean room and a hot shower and i had to go and ask when it would be cleaned . No replacement of coffee or sugar , The girl wasn't in a uniform and just walked in on our room ! Heating for the rooms are controlled by reception had to ask twice for it to be turned up as it was cold Safe in the bedroom isn't bolted down- We came for lunch with our family there was no where to sit due to a wedding , but we were residents of this hotel so they eventually put us in the restaurant. Wedding guests smoking right outside the front door which is disgusting when you enter the hotel.. Not a good experience and i wouldn't recommend it

Garden room spacious and elegant. No bump scratch marks on any wall. Woodwork was highly polished. No dust or cobwebs anywhere. Supper 1night and two breakfasts very nice. Comfortable quiet relaxing pub with laid back atmosphere. For us Canadians I would compare it to staying at Niagara on the Lake type of hotel.

Perfect!
Perfect location, perfect weather, perfect for airport and perfect rooms. I think one or two staff members were a wee bit tired and service a tad slow in restaurant but not a problem for us. Would suggest offering robes and slippers for anyone who wants to use pool maybe at time of booking as I wasn’t aware you have to step outside and walk across car park to pool. However, a delightful stay. Thank you.

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. If I had anything negative to say, it would be about the Gym, Sauna dna Steamroon. Gym was very small and dated with only a handful of machines, one bench and a selection of wights. Looked quite different in the pictures. Both steam room and sauna also very small and dated.

Much needed break
Executive room was really lovely and i was also glad i made the effort to get up and go to the pool. Bar food was of fair quality only, and despite asking twice what time food was served to, when we tried to order 30mins plus before this time we were initially told no! Excellent young male bar man made my partner an epic long island ice tea.

This is a lovely hotel. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and clean this is the place! It’s only 15 mins from Belfast International Airport, but well removed from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Would love to stay here again!

Overall comfortable room with well equipped bathroom. Minor grip was the extended walk to restaurant . Breakfast was average could have had more choice with disappointment that porridge had to be ordered. Pool nice if I’m at the right time but gym cramped with asking equipment. Any more than three it felt crowded. I ended up using studio for stretching which is where a number of classes were offered mornings and evenings.
