The location is fantastic—you can easily walk anywhere in the city. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views while dining, and the complimentary breakfast, including vegetarian options, is a great bonus. Lily at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helped me book the Pacaya Volcano tour and a shuttle to Panajachel. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return!

Overpriced noisy boxy room with great breakfast.

The “deluxe king room” was quite plain, nothing like website photos. Only two small windows high up with no view. BIG problem was that one window was broken open several inches and let in way too much street noise: loud motorcycles roaring by for hours on end. Jamming in air plugs helped, but still intolerable. Bed was hard, so I woke up with sore hips and sore ears from ear plugs. Finally, hot water took minutes to heat up, and then might turn cold depending on whoever else was using water in supply line. On a high note, breakfast was excellent, a plethora of tasty choices. We also had pizza and fettuccine dinners, excellent!

The hotel is small and extremely well located. It is more expensive than other similar hotels in the area, BUT the quality of the service, cleaning fee, breakfast and overall confort and location makes up for the price difference. I highly recommend it.

Great location, staff provided good service, I would recommend having breakfast at the restaurant. Major issue was the remodeled bathroom was poorly remodeled, where the bathroom would basically flood every time you took a shower.

Loved the location and that hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, my room was spotless, comfortable beds, loved the terrace, delicious food The hotel will need to work on the kitchen, took a long time for our food, needed more staff especially for the Sunday crowd! Despite it all I would return! Every that I wanted to go, I could walk. Would recommend to park your car for your stay and walk, Uber or Tuk tuk…. Felt safe. Want to return soon.
