The only thing that let it down was the cleaning in room they didnt do enough sweeping around furniture found dead ants that we had to kill my misses hates ants if u go in 833 and look in the grooves of slideing doors going to balcony it full of dea ants doesnt lok to be cleaned for awhile maybe someone should check rooms fter cleaned many thanks david anthony

This is a beautiful place to stay and I would definitely go back. The breakfast was extremely outstanding and delicious. The hotel room was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean sea. The staff was so helpful and the cleaning staff was so fast and thorough. The pool was really beautiful to swim in and this hotel gets my highest recommendation.

Öncelikle uzun zamandır böylesine güzel bir konaklama mekanında kalmadığımı belirtmek istiyorum. Payam Hotel’de giriş anımızdan check out’a kadar muhteşem bir tatil geçirdik. Resepsiyon’da Emily Hanım’ın nezaketi çok hoştu. Tüm çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve genç, dinamik bir ekip. Odamızda jakuzinin bulunması ve temizlikten oldukça memnun kaldık. Ve mükemmel bir kahvaltı…Ona değinmeden olmaz. Pizza ustası harika pizzalar yapıyor ve çok ilgililer. Otel merkeze çok yakın ve herşey ayağınızın altında. Bir dahaki Kaş tatilimizde kesinlikle burada tekrar konaklamak istiyoruz. Herkese çok teşekkürler…

This is our second time staying here. Last time was in 2022. It was already an excellent hotel for the price, but this time it was even better. The room was as advertised. It was clean, well furnished, and had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great.

I would recommend this hotel as the rooms were clean. We stayed in the comfort room which was beautifully decorated. The roo.looks just like the photos. We had two balconies one with a beautiful sea view and another one overlooking the street. The location is convenient to the Kas town center close to restaurants and shopping. They also have their own parking lot which made parking convenient.

Fantastic hotel. Perfectly located, easy walking distance to the center of town, but far enough out that there was no issue with noise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even assisted with our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Really cool bohemian vibe, a place that you just wanted to hang out at. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic!

We had a fantastic two week stay here. Emily and the rest of the staff really made our stay. They were extremely helpful and attentive, always going over and above which turns good stays into great ones. The hotel itself has a varied breakfast menu, Oburus bites is a restaurant located on site that offers lovely food and cocktails and you just never tire of the views of the sea and islands. Certainly will be back, Kas is great spot to explore, and Payam is a great base if you want to a close but quiet spot.

We stayed 5 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! Welcoming kind staff, great breakfast! We enjoyed the balcony and the view 🙂 The room has AC. The location is 4-5 mins by walk to the center, which is great. If we go to Kaş again, we will stay here again for sure!

A week in Kas
Stayed a week at the Payam Hotel. The staff at reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The daily breakfast was excellent. The outdoor breakfast area and view was fantastic. Would recommend!
