Staff was nice but most didn’t speak any English at all. I struggled with food because I’m gluten and lactose intolerant (especially breakfast). I was solo traveller and there were no cameras in or outside the lifts or on the corridors so didn’t feel safe. The bathroom sink,shower and toilet was clean but the areas around the sink and the bathroom and toilet floor had a lot of yellow stains . Some of the chars on the stairs were old and needs to be recycled. The carpets outside rooms and lifts were old and dirty and needs to be removed. Definitely not a five star!! Perhaps 3.5 stars because of areas mentioned above.Most can easily be improved. Over priced for what was on offer.

Breakfast was the best, cakes were amazing, ice cream was lush. Service was amazing from the staff. 5 stars from me. Only tiny tiny complaint is that the swimming pool is far too deep for non-swimmers. The lower section of the pool is less deep however that section is really small and get overfilled really quickly.

Very friendly and welcoming staff from reception throughout hotel. Al fresco a la carte restaurant service excellent. Food was great. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables throughout day, variety of dishes and theme nights. Beach bar and restaurant very good, no need to even go to main restaurant for lunch. Loungers available. Nice hotell near the beach, big rooms.
Good food every meal, even on the beach. The rooms are big and have what's needed for holiday. The staff are nice, som of them talk English. And there's no reason not to choose this hotell if you want nice and quiet holiday.
