The facility itself is very nice but rooms are very small we had to make an upgrade to a sweet and it was still below average. Concierge is totally unprofessional, he doesn’t know anything and each time he asks us to search the internet coz he doesn’t know even for basic questions regarding restaurants. Hotel is very commercial they asked extra fees for an hour late check-out

they did not recognise hotels.com gold vip status. the airport transfer did not show up. food and bev all okay - as expected, but service level lacking, the workers are not educated, hardly speak english, and have no customer focus, they made fun of me when I tried to tell them the parasol was broken, i had to make 3-4 complaints before someone took it seriously and tried to help. Not a 5 star resort, but we kindof knew that so thats fine.

our stay was great but for the room service they don’t provide us with enough water we have to go down so we can drink water plus for the bars there the alcoholic drinks was given to everyone even kids can ask for alcohol and they’ll get it they should be more careful with it. for the buffet the waiters were not so nice you have to keep calling them and they clearly ignore you. for the room cleaning it was great, great beach great pools me and my family had a great time.

This is not a vip property. The property was old the air conditioning in the rooms were not adequate to cool the room. There was extra charges if you wanted different restaurants on property. The concierge charged us 10 euros via taxi to travel 1.8 km. not happy with my stay would never come back.
