My stay at the AKRA hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment my friend and I arrived, we were greeted by warm, friendly and welcoming staff, notably Deniz and Gunez at reception. We were offered complimentary drinks on arrival, we received water bottles every morning and our room with the sea view was nothing short of breathtaking. The meals were above par and the staff, including Mesut and Huseyin were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. If my friend and I needed help getting around town, the concierge was on hand to answer all of our questions. Doga was particularly kind in helping me find a local hairdresser. The gym and spa facilities are amazing and the lounge area was the perfect place to relax before dinner. The steam room was out of action for a few days, but the pool more than made up for the inconvenience! Thank you to all the staff at AKRA hotel and especially to those who work behind the scenes to have made this the most memorable, peaceful and enjoyable holiday I've ever had. Looking forward to returning with my children very soon.

This has been one of the finest hotels I’ve stayed in so far. The Food & Beverage department, especially the restaurants, are truly exceptional—both in quality and presentation. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Uğur for his outstanding leadership in this area. I also wish to thank Mr. Mehmet and Mr. Murat at the reception for their warm and professional service. The guest relations team is highly motivated, genuinely enthusiastic, and eager to assist at every turn. Perhaps the only suggestion I would offer is the establishment of a more structured system to further enhance coordination. Overall, the harmony between service, pricing, and quality is remarkable. In my opinion, this is one of the most ethical, well-managed, and quality-driven hotels not only in Antalya but in the entire region. I recently stayed at the newly opened Akra Hotel in Antalya, and it quickly became one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve had. The hotel is completely redesigned with natural materials, minimalist elegance, and a genuine respect for both people and the environment. It’s peaceful, modern, and deeply thoughtful in every detail. What impressed me most was the personalized service. From the very beginning, the staff noted my dietary preferences and sensitivities—and managed them throughout my stay with such care. This human-focused approach made me feel truly seen and valued. The culinary experience was outstanding. Akra features four exceptional restaurants led by world-class chefs, using organic, locally sourced ingredients. Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The rooftop restaurant, with a breathtaking ocean view, offers a Michelin-level dining experience, and the jazz club adds an elegant evening touch. Amazing hotel. The private beach, hammam, and view of the sea from our room were highlights. Not very convenient location if you are walking however you can Uber to Kaleici for like 5 euros. Concierge and front desk were pretty useless for providing any sort of recommendations. They didn’t even know where I could find Turkish delight lol. I would go back.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast. Very good location for restaurants and walks into the old town and the coast. Excellent views from the hotel. Swimming pools are lovely, although banning smoking around the pools themselves would be a plus (likewise on the lobby balcony). Overall a fabulous place to stay.
