I would have given an excellent rating except for the parking fee. That is nothing but corporate greed raising its head. When you are already paying a high enough fee for a room, do they really need to tack on another $10 a night?

Way too much chlorine was used in the hot tub so that our eyes stung and we could not enjoy it. Very disappointing since this was one big reason we chose this hotel. Also thought it was crazy that they wanted to charge us $9.95 per night for parking. If we are paying to stay there, the parking should be free as it always has been. Maid service was only every other day. Breakfast buffet was good and room was very clean.

For $319 per night, I expect better (eg, the towels were tiny and threadbare). Also, I expect NOT TO BE CHARGED $10 TO PARK THERE. That was ridiculous. It's a hotel with ample parking in a suburban area. There's no reason whatsoever to charge for parking. I'll never stay there again
