Our room was very spacious, bedroom, living,kitchen with all the appliances that we needed. Parking was convenient and easy to walk around the hotel. Very friendly staff, specially Zenobia at the front desk( she was kind and professional and made us feel welcome immediately💗)and Terry in the breakfast room(she was constantly cleaning and making sure everything was full, very friendly 💗) we will definitely recommend this location to others!!

Disappointing stay.

The best part of the trip was the Front desk. Room size was disappointing. Insufficient number of towel sets and unable to get additional. Didn't really have a closet just swing away hooks behind a curtain. One of two elevators were broken as well as the floor ice machine. Needs rehab soon. Even the flags out front were faded and showing wear. Paid parking did fill quickly but no security provided to justify a fee which was not included on quoted price. Overall, I'm really surprised considering the Hilton brand.

We had 5 adults in a suite. That was known in our reservation. In spite of that, we had to request a cot, which was delivered without sheets and blankets, so those had to be requested. Also, there were only 2 bath towels, and when we asked for 3 more, we were told they were out, so we had to make do with hand towels (also in short supply). Family that were staying in another room also reported inadequate towels. The room was clean, but the tub took 1/2 hour to drain 4 standing inches of water after each shower.
