My wife and I stayed here for a weekend get away to tour Annapolis. The hotel was conveniently located to many things, parking lot was big, so that was nice. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the morning breakfast was pretty good! We were very happy with our stay.

Easy check in with luggage carts available, elevator access to rooms, free hot breakfast. The only problem was the mini fridge didn't have a freezer door, so the cooler ice packs couldn't refreeze and we had to use ice in the coolers.

Nice size room and comfortable bed. Only issue was the breakfast area wasn’t being well monitored and I needed to find a person to refill omlets Another person had to alert that there wasn’t any batter for the waffles.

The property was nice enough and the rooms were large, breakfasts were great but the staff (front desk especially)was rude and abrasive. We stayed there 3 wks before booking what would be our last week there. We spent more than $3000 at this point. We remained quiet, clean, friendly. The staff only ever wanted to know when we were leaving and the housekeeping would use their keys to let themselves in before check-out time of 12pm to then ask us if and wjen we were leaving. Mind you our room was maybe 100 yards from the very front desk we had just paid to extend our stay. It was very hurtful. We were having pur home renovated and needed a place thay felt like home..we would gave been happy with a smile .

Just don’t stay there, you lose sleep and money!
Hotel room was next to AC unit and every time it turned on it was really loud making me wake up. I asked for another room and they said no because it was booked through Hotels! At night there were people talking late at night and on Monday night there were men next to my window and AC unit smoking something awful and the smell went into my room. I got nauseous and had a headache. I opened my curtains to make them aware of people in the room and they went away. I didn’t get room service until Sunday when I checked in on Wednesday night!!! I would like credit or some refund!

Large, clean room. Covered front porch with rocking chairs and benches. Free coffee, tea, water, and cookies in the lobby at all times. Amazing breakfast. Beautifully decorated. Large, cozy, lobby area with books, magazines, and dvds to rent. Ive stayed at 5 different hotels in the past 3 months and have been disappointed with every one. I had started just assuming that this was how hotels are nowadays and was going to deal with it. But now I know some hotels and staff are still going above and beyond for their visitors. Only downsides: Indoor pool was closed during our stay, but that was just because our trip didnt line up with their summer pool hours. Not sure why it has to be closed 2 days out of the week. But it didnt affect us too much because we had plenty to do outside the hotel. Only 2 very small trash cans in the room. We had a suite with 2 queens and a pullout couch for our large family, I would think there would be a larger trash can LOL. Shower drain kept backing up, but I was having trouble figuring out the drain plug so it could have very well been an error on my part All in all, if those 3 small things were the only downside, I'd stay here again and again.

Awesome stay!
We had an awesome suite. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was awesome. We used the laundry facilities. That was also a nice convenience. The whole facility was clean. We loved the fresh baked cookies.
