This property was average. It wasn’t necessarily dirty, just dated. But this is not my issue. My issue is in overhearing the woman working the front desk and the woman working the breakfast buffet. The were complaining about the amount of food guests were taking and apparently wasting. The woman working the buffet announced she’”Used to beat up people like that.” You can have your gripes but watch where you say it.

The hotel and vacilities were nice enough, although perhaps dated, and my room was decent also. But it was not a comfortable room because it was extremely hot in it, and the AC/Heat fixture was very old and had no adjustments to it - it just blew air out, constantly - tepid air, room temperature air - that did nothing at all to cool or heat, either one, and so it kept the room stuffy and hot. Mentioning this to the desk clerk in the morning as I was leaving, she simply said I should have called and complained, that there'd been problems with the heating/cooling system and many AC units had needed to be "reset". So it was apparently my fault for not complaining and even though she seemed to know the units needed to be "reset" in some way, that was only done if one complained. Anyway, no actual apology to me that the room had been so uncomfortable, just a lesson to me that I apparently do not complain enough.

Revitalize this hotel! It's really got some good qualities, like the large atrium and pool areas are nice qualities and I liked the water served at the lobby area and good size rooms but they need a makeover badly. Breakfast is not good but at least they try to offer something to eat. We didn't order evening food from the little eaterieen ce again, at least they have some options to eat. The pictures of the room I rent. Th e staff was very nice except the morning girl with blond hair was unfriendly!weren't the room I got tho

We stayed at the hotel for a football game so the price was high. The hotel is in desperate need of updating. Our room had peeling paint, mold on bathroom ceiling, dirty & stained carpet, noisy ac unit and no exterior window. Would not choose to stay again.

I felt like I was walking into a haunted hallway.... ceiling peeling off in main hallway areas. Shower head was coming off the wall and there was water squirting up on the ceiling. The front desk person was on the phone with her mother and had AirPods in. She was talking to her and told her to hold on after I had been at the desk for a few minutes instead of hanging up the phone and assisting me. I was disappointed in this hotel. I got in at 8:30 PM and needed to eat. I was told the restaurant shut down early. I had to leave after driving 9 hours and go out instead. The last thing I wanted to do after driving 10 hours. Stay next door in the Hampton if you have to stay in the area.

Staff were great. Bed wasvery good but AC didnt work. Tub drain wasclogged. Obvious signs of past leaks and things needing to be fixed. Hot breakfast very good. No outside windows in room. Hot tub was only warm.

Upon arrival, the smell of chlorine is overwhelming. "They couldn't possibly have put a pool in the middle of the hotel -" yes they put a pool in the middle of the hotel. Everything smells like the pool. It has the feel of a motel that someone decided to put a roof over. Also, there was nobody at the front desk for several minutes. Apparently going out of my way to find the front desk person and asking if someone was coming to the front desk makes ME the rude person who does not thereafter deserve a "hello."

As far as the employees our experience was great. The room was very expensive because it was a home football game. The room was not at all worth the price we paid. Smelled of old cigarette smoke.
