If I knew a four-star hotel could be this bad, I d spend that extra 50 bucks to stay at a Marriott. Room is extremely smelly and dusty upon our arrival, we were switched to another room upon request, the bathroom is just as bad, with hair, stains around the toilet and bathtub. Air condition did not work. Each day the room service didn’t show up after 2pm, this is after I requested a deep cleaning at 11am at the front desk, in person! Instead of the cleaning staff, a manager showed up at 2pm and said to me if you are not happy with the room why didn’t you request for a different room? Duh! The breakfast was cold, restaurant closes after 11am. The pool facility is dated and strong chlorine, we didn’t want to risk a skin rash. Front desk staffs were sass and couldn’t care less when I walked up each time, except the night shift gentleman, he was friendly, helpful and courteous, he did what he could by switching us to a different room. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Also the pillows, they are the absolute's worst kinds, zero plush, synthetic. Good luck to your stay if you are booked.

The staff was not helpful. They promised to call when the room was ready. They never called. We came back at 7:30 and we got a subpar room by the indoor pool on the first floor. After a 7 hour wait for a room you would think the room would be worth it, it was not. The staff never even apologized. The only highlight was the restaurant, it was pricey but worth it.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were very carrying compassionate. They were always greeting me,and always on top of everything I needed. They went above and beyond every time and under the circumstances, I wasn’t there for vacation. I was there to take my granddaughter home from the hospital because she Has cancer and she is terminal she’s only one years old. They generally cared and took time to make sure that everything I needed they got for me and again they were so understanding and compassionate wonderful place. I’ll never forget the kindness that they showed me. oh, and also the restaurant staff was actually amazing too. Thank you again. I meant the world to me to have a safe comfortable place to stay during this time

Very cordial front desk staff. Hotel has been renovated and updated. Access is circuitous due to big construction project across the street. Cost of rooms is quite economical and that makes up for the location.

Nice basic hotel for a 3 star. The entrance and lobby are refreshingly modern and the champagne welcome is a lovely amenity. However, the room furniture and bathroom could be greatly improved. The $75 pet fee is a bit steep for one night - compared to $20/night at other 3 star hotels. Parking was very challenging due to a football game but we made it work.

Paid around $250/night just to crash for one singular night after a friend’s wedding. Absurd of a price enough as it is (especially because there was no continental breakfast) but it was also disgusting. I felt so wildly uncomfortable. I went to heat up a mac & cheese cup for a late night snack and was APPALLED to see (and smell) and plate of extremely moldy pizza rotting in said microwave. This type of mold does not happen after a couple of days. The amount of mold accumulated happens after weeks. The smell made me gag and lingered in my room the rest of the night. Before heading down to the lobby to search for a different microwave I spotted something crinkled up on the floor of my room. Upon further inspection I saw that it was a dirty, USED women’s panty liner. When I went to the lobby I very kindly made the lady aware of these things and asked her to make sure I would not get charged a cleaning fee for this. She apologized and that was it. I tried to relax and unwind in bed but found myself wondering what other cleaning may have been overlooked and felt uneasy. The next morning I stopped at the front desk again and spoke to a different lady to once again make sure I wouldn’t get charged and to make her aware of these things. She apologized and said it was unacceptable. I left the hotel frustrated that I was never offered a new room or a partial refund or even a voucher of any sort. I kind of wish I had just slept in my car and saved $250.

We really enjoyed the enormous pool! We stayed in the executive suites area but our room was small. I am not sure why they are called executive. Our room was the size of any regular hotel room and smaller. Staff were great and accommodating.
