Our room was not cleaned after we were gone all day. When I mentioned this at checkout I was told there was a sign on the bathroom mirror saying to request this service. I was not made aware of this at check in. Also, the person at the front desk used the excuse of Covid being the reason that they do this. Last I checked, the pandemic is over. Also, went down for breakfast at 8 am on Sunday. The place was only about 1/4 full. They were out of eggs, waffles and potatoes and we had to wait a long time to get these refilled.

The grout around the bottom of the shower was dirty. The water pressure in the sink was low. The drain in the sink was very slow. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable. The decor of the room was nice.

Stayed here for parents weekend for U of Michigan. Property was updated. Nice common area for breakfast and coffee. Room was spacious. Bathroom outdated but fine. Fitness center small but did the trick. Would stay again.

The only complaint I have is that the parking lot was being paved and I couldn’t figure out how to park there. I ended up driving about 4 miles out of my way then getting back to the blocked parking lot so I moved the cones and drove in. The shower was very nice in that the control was right by the shower door, nice touch.

When I walked into my room and my husband went to use the bathroom, upon lifting the lid there was fresh urine on the toilet seat, black hair in the shower amongst the mold on the caulking, peanut or whatever on the carpet and underneath the ac. They told me they would get me another room but never happened.
