Great location for UM visits and responsive staff. However, the heater in the room was not working, and was the same on the offered sub room and even after replacement of the unit.

Not only was the website wrong but orbitz as well both said my room had a jacuzzi and the facility had a hot tub. My room did not have a jacuzzi due to renovations and the hot tub was removed. Very unhappy since that was the only reason i booked the room.

Spend money elsewhere.
My first room was filthy. Water leak into the bedroom by the bed. I then found a pair of underwear in the bathroom that did not belong to me. The TV didnt work. There were stains on the sheets and towels. The shampoo and conditioner pumps had mold coming out with the soap. I switched rooms and the only improvement was the tv worked. The beds were rock hard and pillows were small square ones.

This property is not in good shape. It feels rundown, the carpet is musty and our room had multiple holes in the wall and artwork. The tv didn’t work and the sink in the bathroom leaked.

Disappointing
Hotel needs renovations. Rooms are not soundproof, we could not sleep with tv next door kept on all night. Breakfast was also disappointing…no water offered.

we stated this hotel to catch a University of Michigan home game. It was truly a dump. My wife and Eric are Canadian and we paid close to $800 Canadian for three nights. The property was falling apart, there were spiders in the room. The TV and the refrigerator didn't work.
