Overall a decent stay
The check in was very simple and quick which was nice. The room was clean when we arrived, the only thing I noticed was the vent on the air unit had some dust on it. The beds were average for comfort. A big fridge, we didn’t need but it was nice. The breakfast in the morning could use some work. The bathroom section could be updated but overall our two queen bed room was good.

Our room was a nice room but when we were gone at the hospital the next day , we didn’t receive housekeeping while we were out all day at the hospital. I was surprised because it just seemed out of the normal. But not much to fuss about. Showers could use updated it’s a long step out.

The property itself is nice and just what we needed for the price point. We had a bit of a situation as we were coming from far away we didn’t make it to the first night of our booking. I called in advance to ensure they were aware of our absence and the kind worker I spoke to suggested we ask to talk to a manager about a refund. When we arrived the next day around 12, we were at the front desk about to check in and the employee there was quick to cut us off that they were full before we explained we already had a booking, a bit rude. After that our check in went okay and I asked about talking to a manager as we missed our first night, the girl didn’t know much and said the manager wasn’t there so we decided to come back later. Later that night I spoke to a very kind employee named Mia who I spoke to on the phone the night prior. She told me to speak with expedia and get the refund approved by the hotel and go from there. I did so and I was told my refund was rejected by the hotel. I then went back to speak with Mia again and she told me that her manager rejected our refund. Mia was the only helpful person in this situation. I appreciate hotels have policies and missing the first night of our booking due to last minute personal reasons is technically our own fault but I thought there would be some better customer service provided given we physically never made it to that night of the booking. Otherwise the hotel was still great in every other aspect

Kids with no parental supervision!!
My only problem was I needed to change my key card 3 or 4 times because it didn't work. The girls at the desk gave me a new one easily, but it was a little annoying having to go to the desk when I wanted to go in my room. A large group with children checked in. The kids ran up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors. They were allowed at the pool making a lot of noise after midnight. The place was very clean and the people at the desk were very friendly.
