Comfortable rooms. Mostly quiet, but hotel was packed. Gage was so helpful all weekend!! Newer hotel, so they haven't worked out the quirks yet. Sat morning not much food was left at breakfast and they ran out of plates.

Quiet and comfy. Gage was so helpful all weekend!! Newer hotel, so they haven't worked out the quirks yet. By 8:45 not much food was left at breakfast and they ran out of plates, but Pancakes in bowls worked! Otherwise a good trip/stay.

Empty shampoo bottle; paint on carpeting; large soil/dirt mountain/pile left behind when they were constructing the hotel; no way to reach out for front desk when you enter and no one is there; misspelled name on tv screen; water leaking from shower door to bathroom floor, etc.

My favorite stay in Anderson

I get up to Anderson 1-2 times per month. Last two stays have been here and its now going to bey only choice if available. New, clean rooms, everyone on ataff from the check in and checkout staff, to the house keeping staff are extremely friendly and always professional. Ill be staying again soon.

The shades would not go up or down. I was told I would receive a $10 per night discount to offset the shades not working. Never received it. Water pressure was not great and water temperature kept oscillating between hot and cold.
