We were a little disappointed when we arrived, parking was not ideal and when looking at booking the resort, we were hoping for a hidden resort and when we arrived, it felt like a tourist trap. Very busy and not the quiet relaxing spot we were thinking it was going to be. The views were amazing, just not the ideal spot for us.

Lack of dining options, and breakfast service @the Forte was the worst I have experienced in a long time! They should also have their own shuttle bus service, as the city services are poor at best!

I like the resort. It was very clean and nice but in my room .i couldn't raised the heat up It was cold in my room and I was uncomfortable. I have never went to a hotel or resort and they limit your heat. I will not stay because of this reason when i come back in the winter

I didn’t encounter a single staff member that was unpleasant. My room was clean and tidy and very cozy. Room service was convenient and the food was delicious. Check in and checkout were easy, quick, and convenient. The grounds were well maintained and offered a number of things to do. All around an excellent experience.
