Our room was nice and had no issues but a lot of homeless people were on and off the property. Did not feel safe leaving anything in the vehicles.

My room was very clean as well as the lobby and rest of the building and in ok condition besides the windows broken handle making it hard to open and close, staff is friendly and uniformed in neat red shirts so you know who can assist you. They have cameras on the hallways and entrances to feel secure.

Bad costumer service/front desk. I told her that the room she assigned for us is not ready, seems not cleaned. Pillows dont have cases and looks really filty and stained and were just sitting on top of the beds not fixed. She just said, i dont know about that coz i never go to rooms. I was upset with her response. So, it was my problem then to find solution to the problem? So i asked her who could help us if she cant. So she called a guy to assist us. And even upon arriving, she's not good at all. And also, people from room above us cant stop running. Being respectful should be strongly implemented all the time. We never had a good sleep during our stay. I cant recommend this to others.

The elevator was not working. Therr was no water in main building from noon till 4pm. The structure is old and it did not give you a feeling of security. The beds wete comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh.

Room is very outdated. Strong smell of tabaco! Right next to a very busy street, so very noisy. This place should just close. Disgusting!

Best value found during many stays in Anchorage

Staff, location, cleanliness are fantastic! Breakfast put out at 5am for early travelers. It is an urban location, which suits me great for convenience of food, transportation, the Inn has a dependable shuttle to the airport not far away; but it's not for folks who want to get away into the woods.
