The key card locks on all the guest rooms were not working so the apparently only desk staff personnel on site (at a time) had to accompany guests to their room each time they went to or returned to their room. The two clerks during our stay, however, did seem to do their job without complaint.

Neighbors were rowdy and smoking right by room door. The smell of smoke was penetrated in my room. Neighbors were arguing all night. Many homeless people walking around, and one even tried to open my door at 3 in the morning. I didn’t sleep the whole night.

The neighbor may as well been in my room visiting. I could hear them loud and clear, just talking. Not a restful business.

Had two remotes and neither one worked the tv. I’m one of those people that sleep with the TV on and I’m ready to sleep, it’s almost 12 midnight. I asked for another room and was told there were none available, on a Wednesday night. 🤔
