Staff in this hotel were not trained with good guest service. The worst staff is FD staff CHRIS, he is very rude, lazy and dnt have any respect to guests in the hotel. I will not be returning to this property because of this man.

Biggest complaint would be the lack of 24 hour coffee and hot water station. IF the bar was open, you would have to wait for the bartender and if the bar was closed you have to interrupt the desk clerk to get you hot water or coffee.

The only thing this property has in common with any other Hyatt is the name and the price. There was also an issue with the airport shuttle - it took over 45 minutes to arrive instead of the promised 15.

Go Somewhere Else!

We waited over 30 minutes for shuttle from airport. We called three times, frustrating to put it mildly - even the Motel 6 shuttle showed twice! Had to call an Uber. We did get a shuttle in the morning to catch our train, but communication was still sketchy. If we are ever in Anchorage- will not be staying here.
