Needs to be updated. It’s a non smoking room but it smells like cigarette. I can deal with no elevator but not the smell. I requested a print out receipt, according to the front desk staff she can’t log in at that moment so I gave her my email and it’s been a week..no email at all.

This hotel was very sketchy especially for the price. We were supposed to get a “lake” view which we did not, we looked directly into the parking lot. Our door did not close properly unless slammed, and the door frame was coming off. We put our suitcases in front of the door while sleeping. For the price per night this was a HUGE let down!

Great Staff, very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable and Pipers food was very good! Highly recommend The Coast Hotel on Lake Hood!
