This property was filthy. Upon arrival a traveler was trying to track down an Air Tagged piece of luggage that had been stolen at the airport 30 minutes earlier. Front desk staff refused to help open the room the air tag was in. Original room was dirty, second room had a women actually waiting IN my assigned room waiting to "Clean." Overall the property was Filthy, run down, and Ghetto. Please take this property OFF Expedia as Unsafe.

I knew I hadn’t booked the best hotel but I didn’t think was the worst. My standards are not high and the room was appallingly gross. The halls were dirty. The whole place smelled like smoke. The shuttle was quick and reliable and the staff was nice. I just needed a place to say before the flight, but I would pay $100 more to not stay here again.

Close to airport and back in business. No problems. Would stay again due to convenience to airport, convenience store/gas, barber, Wendy's and McDonald's, Korean, Pizza, Subway, etc. all walking distance. Rooms are big and clean.

I booked with for my wife and daughters and it was really bad. The hotel had a horrible smell and the floors and walls were dirty and sticky. The staff attitude showed they could care less. When they go to the room, it was dirty, floors sticky again and there were blood stains on the sheets. I got online with Expedia customer service who did a great job getting us a full refund for my family could go to another hotel.

Staff were more than excellent and everything was clean but the building is run down. Excellent location with shuttle service and breakfast. 5 minute walk to lake front and good restaurants.

stay away from that hotel, no elevator, everything is dirty and old, carpets full of stains, looks like an old property that has not being maintained in years. walls have holes, sinks have oxidized parts, bath with all caulking full of moss, floors dirty, really disgusting to be there. makes you feel to be in a shack. do not even think about making a reservation at this "hotel".

While I decided to book a lower rent room, I was NOT happy with the disgustingly dirty stained common area carpets. The room was clean, but definitely under maintained. Broken sink, rusty shower, poorly repaired hole in the main door. Empty pepsi can sitting on top of the through-the-wall air-conditioner? FULL kitchen, but NO kitchen utinsels or cookware or cutlery? No cups or glasses or bowls or plates???? WHY have a full kitchen without the tools to use it? Breakfast was a freaking JOKE! Shuttle to the airport was 30-minutes late....

Way too much money for the value. Whatever they used to clean leaves an after smell that was over powering for my wife (understand doesnt have same effect for all). Floor was sticky in ecery step....aome kind of cleaning residue, not dirty.

We travel for 15 hrs prior to arriving in Anchorage. Waiting about 45 mins to take a shuttle to ABV Inn. We had to carry our bags up to the 3rd floor. Carpet needed deep cleaning. The place needs a renovation, looks to be stuck in the 80’s but for an overnight stay and within government per diem, I didn’t have many choices. Photos on the internet looks a lot better than it really is.
