They advertised breakfast and I was handed a baggie with four granola bars. There were young people hanging out by office after 1 am being noisy. I couldn't even hear the attendant through the night box. The top lock on the room door was broken. The room was cold when arriving with window open. The heater didn't work very well. Floors were cold and the bedding was not warm enough. Bathroom was cold. Appliances were unplugged.

I've stayed at this location many times over the last 15 years because of its convenient location and fair pricing. The property is clean and easy to get in/out of. My only disappointment is they've done away with their breakfast. I was given a brown bag of granola bars upon check in as that's what has now replaced the breakfast they used to have. My only real complaint is that my room was right next to the trash cans that were emptied daily, so I was awoken at 5:30 am both mornings of my stay.

Good hotel.

It was a great experience. The beds were a little uncomfortable, and the pillows were downright awful. But that's not a a deal breaker. My only complaint is about the weird deposit and seeming to pay more up front than most hotels require.

Better options available

The room was clean, towels were rock hard. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the room next to you and you can hear every foot step from the room above us. The parking was free, and it’s about 15-20 minute walk to downtown Disney. Housekeeping was offered and I should have declined but I said yes after the second day. My flat iron went missing and my makeup brush as well. Called front desk and of course they denied anything being taken. Lesson learned to never accept housekeeping for the duration of our stay. Won’t be staying here again.

The room itself was nice and clean. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room is very helpful convenient. One thing the is very misleading is the “free breakfast”. They should really consider changing that as a selling point since they don’t have breakfast included. At our check in, we received a brown paper bag with a few little granola bars, which was what they considered “breakfast”. On the first morning of our stay, my wife went down to the lobby for coffee around 9. Apparently there wasn’t any more and they weren’t going to make any. The next day, hoping it was just a fluke, she went down again around 8:45 and of course, they were out again. Very upsetting!
