Great hotel - would stay again

Great hotel, well located. Good facilities. If I had one complaint it would be that I don’t think dogs should be allowed in the breakfast room unless they are service dogs.

Magical vacay

Amazing hotel. Perfect location to walk to Downtown Disney or Disneyland/California Adventure. Amazing breakfast. I'd stay here the next time we do Disney. 110% recommend.

Had a poor experience, unfortunately. Our room was terrorized by relentless crank calls of a threatening nature layered with disgusting perverted language to my 11 year old daughter from someone inside the hotel. We made several complaints and the hotel GM chose to protect the other guests right to privacy instead of our right to safety. Their response was “turn off the phone or call the police and file a report.” This was while on vacation to visit Disneyland. They knew which room the calls were coming from and still did nothing. In fact, they challenged the integrity of my complaint even with evidence of all the calls in their call logs. Great location, but sacrifice safety and common courtesy.
