We were very happy with our stay at the Marriott Residence Inn. As a family of 3, it worked very well for our family. This hotel is very family friendly and it was so helpful to have free breakfast there before heading out to Disney for the day. Disney is only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. Everything is very conveniently located. We will return again to this hotel for our next Disney trip.

Stayed here for our Disney trip and it was great! About a 10 minute walk to Disney. Felt safe walking with the kids. Our room was great with a kitchenette. Was able to have cold water bottles for the park, wash my kids bottles they dropped on the floor multiple times. Multiple beds. Would definitely return

I had to pay $40 a night to park and my truck was broken into. My daughter’s competition dance bag was stolen as well as two iPads and a wallet. I called to speak to the manager to let them know and have yet to hear back. If you’re going to charge that kind of money for self parking you would hope your belongings would be safe inside your locked truck.

Mostly happy…

Everything was very nice except the bedroom in our suite had a bad TV. It worked for a few minutes and then the screen went to gray “snow”. I also wish this Marriot had a full service restaurant as almost all of the neighboring hotels do.

Terrible Rude Service

Terrible customer service. Mediocre hotel. In our 5 night stay our room was not cleaned once. They only clean every other day which is fine. Our room wasn’t cleaned the day it should have been. I called the following day since it wasn’t cleaned again to request towels. Two hours later after returning to our room still no towels or service. I tried to get some from the cleaning staff in the hall but they wouldn’t give me any and told me to call the front desk. I called back and I was told to put everything out in the hallway. The following day we were gone for the entire day and our room should have been cleaned but again, it was not. I called the front desk at 3:45 to file a complaint and spoke to the same guy as the day before and he was so rude and would not allow me to speak. He kept cutting me off and trying to talk over me. He told me that I should have looked at the sheet given to me at check in stating cleaning is only done every other day and the cleaning hours were 8-5. I told him I was aware of the every other day cleaning but our room hadn’t been done since checking in 4 days prior and the sheet states the cleaning hours are 9-4. He just kept arguing with me. Eventually he offered to have someone come clean but I declined as my son was resting after a long day at Disney and we were checking out the following day so not much point. He sent someone anyways and disturbed our rest. The lady was lovely and we did take a couple things from her.
