For the most part this place was okay, the room wasn’t very clean though. You can see in the hallways dust that has collected over time on fire alarms/light fixtures. There was leftover chocolate milk? Stains on the night stands, the floors are wood/laminate so any dirt or grime just feels very visible. There is a really strong odor of artificial berry scent that is so overwhelming in the lobby and first floor, it’s almost nauseating. The food on site was pretty good and the parking situation is okay as well. There are no microwaves in the rooms, the refrigerators don’t go past 40 degrees, and the tv would randomly disconnect from chrome cast which was annoying. I would probably pick another hotel to stay if I had to do things over

I strongly advise that you have a brief training session for your front desk staff on geography. The UK is not sharing a border with the US. Disgraceful….. Your property is clean and restaurant staff is very pleasant. My room was clean and very nice, bed was very comfy.

They put us in a handicap room even though we are not. Our bed was really low to the ground, and when you site on it or lay down on it the mattress would sink even lower to the ground. This provided an uncomfortable rest throughout the night, bad on our lower backs. In addition, we could clearly hear our neighbors during some embarrassing conversations. We requested to be moved to another room but they denied our request. This is our 4th time staying there and we never had this happen to us before. Not sure if the management has changed or what but after this experience I don’t think we will repeat our experience.

We had a decent stay this year and we stayed for 9 nights. The first 6/7 days were great. However, the last few days we had requested a full service clean twice and both times they did not do that cleaning or even a refresh service (new towels, bedding, etc). One day we even asked 3 times for a Kleenex box and never got one until we asked again the next day. One of the girls we spoke to when we called about the cleaning seemed a bit rude which was not welcome. Aside from that, the trip was great and we enjoyed our stay in the beginning. We stayed here last year as well but I’m not sure if we will go back next year after we struggled the last few days to get services complete. Location is really close to Disney which is a bonus.

The amenities, like the shampoos and conditioner, were empty and never refilled after I requested them. In addition, our water pressure was poor, and the tub was backed up with an odor. They compensated me for one night but I won’t stay there again.
