My family of 3 had a nice, clean, and comfortable place to rest after a long day of outings. No major issues. My only con was that we could hear very clearly other guests in the rooms around us. Besides that we had a great stay and would recommend this place to friends!

Would book if needed again!

Needed to go to the county registrars office so we decided to stay in LA for the night to beat traffic driving there. Booked on a whim with 20mins to decide. Photos looked pleasing on Hotels.com, but Google/Yelp did not pass the vibe check. Many reviews were outdated being 1yr+, so I was conflicted. Hotel’s location was convenient - Near many eateries, gas stations, stores, etc. Upon checking in, I dealt with a disgruntled employee who seemed annoyed for no reason. Made small talk to lighten the mood but was ignored. Answered my questions in short. We stayed in #101. Parked in front of our room which was nice. Other than the hairball we found & constant noise, everything was good. The noise wasn’t even from others, it was our room. Lol. Fridge, pipes, etc. altogether were just loud & constant the entire stay. Add the AC/heater on top of that. Lol. The room was clean for the most part, bed was comfy. WiFi signal sucked & was non-existent. Better off using your own internet/hotspot. Loved the dual shower heads! Normal & rainfall that you can use at the same time. Water/heater got hot. Be careful with glass shower door!! It slid easily/hard with no force. Nothing but a metal stopper to catch it. We were afraid it’d slide too hard & break the glass. Check out was easy, didn’t need to speak to anyone. Left key card in slot & left. Overall good experience.

Paying less wasn't worth it

The location is amazing for Disney and Knott's. The room was very outdated with broken furniture but that wasn't the issue. The problem was you could feel and hear the springs of the mattresses (unable to get a good night rest). There was hair on the floors, even after housekeeping. I suppose if you're staying for one night it might be okay. But if you're staying for several days as I did, then pay more for a better hotel.

It was close to Disney and other things. I didn’t like was the staff don’t understand English well. Also walls need insulation you can hear people next door. All night our roof had a loud clicking sound which was weird. Unit looked clean however toilet paper was like 3/4 used. When booking any hotel it’s always new. For a cheap stay not bad but be prepared for noises and bring your own soaps.

We lived staying here on our trip to Disney! What a great little spot with parking right outside your room and near Target and other shopping. Wish rooms had a QR code to leave a tip for the cleaners as we never carry cash and appreciated the new towels and fixed bedding!

Don’t stay here, spend the extra $10

Bedbugs, cockroaches, thin walls. Just spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. Insane road noise and you can hear evvvverything going on in the connecting units.

1 story is convenient with parking right out front. Okay for a few hours of sleep and that’s it. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. TV was dirty, bathroom was not very clean, hair on the floor, dusty, moldy baseboard, unclean surfaces, and stained mattress.
