Do not stay here, not worth the price.
I don’t recommend anyone staying here. We were completely caught off guard upon arrival. Its like 2/3 of the hotel has large loud inconsiderate families permanently living there and only small section connected to office is actual hotel rooms still. Parking was horrible because those families hang out in the parking spots with chairs and many cars ended up being parked in red fire zones. As others said, there is still a burnt vehicle in one of the parking spots. People had loud music in the common area and there were unattended children running around everywhere. Lots of yelling that even the maid asked people to stop fighting/yelling and they ignored her. The rooms itself were gross too. Barely clean, the tv in one room barely worked. Hot water barely lasted for one quick 10 min shower so horrible if multiple in one room. Honestly, had we had the money, we would’ve left the first day. Don’t be deceived by the pictures and probably fake good reviews.

This place is pretty bad, nothing like the pictures on line. People smoking weed like no tomorrow. No parking space, very noisy all day and night, people fighting on the hallways, very durty from inside and outside. This place is located in a bad location with junkee, homeless people. Very disappointed, please don't stay here. I have never had an experience before.

The pictures were very misleading, the surrounding area looked sketchy, two police cars pulled up as we were going to check in, there was a completely burnt car in the parking lot and carpets were dirty, no elevators, super noisy, we ended up leaving less than 20 mins after arriving because as soon as we got to our room all we can hear is the noise from the people outside the window, kids screaming when it was already close to midnight. We felt very unsafe so we ended up leaving. Definitely regret not researching and reading the reviews on this one. Wouldn't recommend staying here with your little ones. The staff was decent as seemed like she was just there doing her job and was respectful and nice.

Please save yourself from going to this hotel! Pictures need to be updated immediately of how it really looks. -3 parking spots taken from a guy that literally lives there -Random people took a parking spot to with couches there and smoking cigarettes chilling -A car that has been burnt and just sitting there -one random person parked there but doesn’t seem to have a room -Very suspicious lady that just came to do some deals with someone which blocked our path to get in the parking lot Now the whole room setting just don’t even think about it trust me smells like cigarettes and etc.

Worst place our family has ever stayed at. The staff is nice. once you go through the gates it’s a horror scene. Burned cars. What looks like a compound for foreigners who look like they live on property permanently. Their children are running around in the parking lot and even witnessed a group of young boys smoking cigarettes.this is just the outside property. The inside is just as bad. We had a non smoking room that had one king bed and Two full sized beds. That is originally why we rented the room was for our family of 4 to have their own beds. The room had what looked like stains on the carpet of dirt and the carpet was so worn out. The walls had stains. This place was the epitome of filth.The only positive thing I have to say about this place was the staff was sweet and the shower head in the shower was nice.

This property had groups of people outside with tables and chairs drinking. The hallways were packed with kids in them. The staircase was disgusting with pizza and trash all over them. I found a roach crawling on my towel the next morning! I came for a two night stay for Disneyland. It was a 3 star on Expedia and if i could get a refund and rate it no stars i would. There were kids running and yelling through the halls all night long. There are burnt up cars and the property is just gross. The office manager said he would only refund me for one night. I took pictures of the property.

Disgusting rooms, shady parking lot, and smelled like mold. People were living here permanently. Drugs and prostitution happening where you park your car. The rooms were filthy. Carpet sticky and stains all over the chairs. There was a huge family that appeared to be living here as they kept the door open and their kids had little cars/bikes and were riding them in the hallway. Screaming and yelling at all hours of the day ( not hotels fault they had annoying guests) but it was just the cherry on top. Glad we only stayed here two nights. Was tempted to book somewhere else but nothing was available so last minute. Will never stay here again.

I stayed here for two days there was a lot homeless people on property kids gambling kids running up and down the halls way past midnight no parking. They didn’t go in and clean. Multiple times I was at the front desk everyone kept going up asking for towels

Room was infested with cockroaches. I paid for a family suite, and got a single room. Sink filled with dirty water. Suspicious individuals riding bikes around vehicles. There was no parking. Hotel told me they can’t help me. I returned the keys within 30 minutes of checking in. Hotel “approved a refund” but refund never took place according to Expedia.

There was debris on rhe floor when we got to the room.card keys kept deactivating. We never got any house keeping had to use the same towels for 5 days. Bought our own toilet paper. The coffee maker didnt work( missing parts) . There were minor kids running around the property at all different hours. They were playing a dice game under our window and broke one of the patio tables. Management sidnt seem to mind the noise after 10 pm , but we didnt get any rest. The hallways were full of crumbs, trash, kids toys and shoes by stairs that i stepped on and twisted my knee. There was also a child running around with no pants! It was absolutely unacceptable

As soon as we started to walk down the dirty, outdated hallway the smell of weed hit us. There was a loud party in the parking lot and the door to the hallway was wide open. A group of about 10 4-6yr olds were running around the hallway screaming and yelling and unsupervised. From our room, the smell of weed came in through the horrible AC. I went up to the front desk to complain and found weed in a small clump sitting on a little ledge near one of the doors. A worker came out and saw it and said oh my god, shook her head, and kept walking. The good thing was we got our money back and got out of there within 20 mins of checking in. Do not believe the stars on this one. I hope you read this before you book because apparently this has happened to others.
