Not sure why Expedia considers this a three star hotel, more like a two or two and a half at best. Our room had an odd odor to it, we came across two roaches in the room while we were there, and having to punch in a code at the parking lot gate to get in was kind of an inconvenience. Other than that it's your average motel style experience.

Disgusting Room
One light didnt work at all. One light only worked by twisting the bulb loose. There was a family of roaches in the bathroom. Seen three different times; in the sink, tub and across the floor. The closet door was off the track. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. The state of the room was suprising because we stayed last year in a nice, clean room with no issues. It was so gross this time.

This was the worse and most unsafe location I’ve ever stayed in . There were homeless people in the parking lot . There were people on drugs and people selling drugs . We did not feel safe !!

I didn’t like that the Managment of the property had no control over its guest. There were guest that were taking up multiple parking spots for there “drinking” area. These guest had taken out tables and chairs. They were drinking and being very loud. The police had to be called at one point. There was a burnt car on the property which was odd to see. There was also a lot of trash everywhere.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Apparently there is an extended stay portion of this hotel or maybe even apartments. Not that that is an issue in itself, it's the people living there. There were unsupervised children running around, cars in the parking lot that looked like they had their whole house packed up in it, a burnt down car in the parking lot.... It wasn't as "picture perfect" as you would expect from the listing. The front door of the room had about an inch gap in the bottom and the dead bolt barely closed. Someone could easily push the front door open if they really wanted to. Then when looking out the window at man that had been wandering aimlessly around, he sat at the bench across from my room and lit up a c**k pipe. We immediately left, never even staying longer than 15 minutes after being at the property. Hotel would not refund ANY money for a 2 night stay because we did not cancel 24 hours in advance. Like we knew the place was going to be a dump. The pictures make it looks safe and beautiful. I learned a hard lesson... Always read the reviews before booking!

Arrived at property around 930pm and had to wait several minutes before someone came to front desk. The person was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that he had to help me. After checking in got the key to the room, heading to room there were Cheetos all over the hallway several smashed so had been there for some time. At approximately 1:30 am a hotel staff member attempted to my room. I had chain on so they were not fully able to get in. They were questioning if I had paid for the room because her paper didn’t show anyone listed in being in that room. Said she was going to check there records and come back. She never came back so I went to front d so and the she said that her sheet was wrong and that is why she was trying to get in the room because she thought it was empty. No apology or any other acknowledgment of being wrong

Out of the rest in Anaheim, its a very odd place, invest in a better hotel. Hard to get parking in the night, it be full , really full. Sketchy people but from what it is, its manageable

Very dirty, trash everywhere, illegal migrants live there, while we were there a car belonging to an American traveling alone was torched. The place was full of Venezuelans, Hondurans. All there illegally, it was very scary, we rebooked and left that hotel, we were traveling with a 7 year old who was scared to be there.
