Its not the Ritz but did the Job. Cleaning was excellent. However, cold showers are not my thing. Called it in never resolved.

The staff was super nice. The only thing that I wasn’t super happy about was my bars of soap. We’re already open when we got to the room and also the shower was kind of dirty and you can tell that the only thing that was done was the towels were changed and the bedding had been redone.

Great location, close to Disney. We were in the far back corner of the building and had a great view of the fireworks each night. Bedding could've been nicer, and it would be nice to have a microwave in the room, but overall it was clean and the staff was friendly.

This property has the worst customers service This property changes $15 extra per day for parking they didn't clean my bed sheets because it i had a backpack on the bed but they fixed the bed which it didn't make sense

Second visit here. But bad experience. Room was dirty and smelled musky. Towels had a weird smell and water lever for the shower coming out of the wall. Bedding was thin and pillows were horribly soft. Woke up with a stiff neck. Will not be staying here agin.

Great hotel, room was clean and spacious and in a great location! Easy walk to Disney and right around the corner from a great shopping center. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little dated but it makes up for that in every aspect that truly matters! Would definitely stay here again.

The Room was Clean but it has a Old stale smell like these rooms have been around for a while. Not having a microwave in the room was very unpleasant had to walk to the laundry room to use a microwave where they only had two. TV’s need upgrading couldn’t plug in my PS 5 to it. Walls are thin could here ppl in other rooms. Water pressure in Showers very poor need improvement! Extended stay America is a better option and cheaper they have a stove and microwave a big fridge and don’t ask for 100 dollar deposit and the parking free. Won’t stay here Again.

Close to Disney and restaurants within walking distance. Staff is nice and helpful. Parking is great as well and affordable. Hot tub and pool are a nice addition. Only issue is that beds are hard and walls are thin so we woke up with the screaming kids next door. Overall a good stay, would stay again

$5 a day for a microwave? Haha
Location was awesome for Disney. I have travelled the world and this the first time I have ever had to pay $5 a day for a microwave. Just include it in the price… the silliest thing ever…that alone will keep from staying here. Made the hotel seem cheap.

15 minute walk to Disneyland entrance. Parking close to our room. Our room was on top of the staff / laundry room, by 8:30am it was loud and can hear them talking and rolling by. Heard the washer going all hours of the day. Love that the sink was in the room area and the toilet and shower had a door to separate. Could see the fireworks from the hotel. Easy to check in, room was clean and basic
