Great stay!

It was great for our family Disney trip! The shuttle bus to and from Disney was super easy and convenient too! We had no complaints and would totally stay here again.

The hotel is generally nice and clean with warm front desk staff. I stayed two nights on June 7 and 8. The bedding was cleaned but still had dried stain mark in first double room. On second night, I booked a King bed room. I came back late around midnight and found out the shower water drainage on the floor was partially clogged. Called front SVC about 8 am and was told to send someone to fix it, but never came before I checked out at 11am.

The room had a foul smell, like a dirty diaper that was kept in the hot room for days. The bathroom trash can was full. The front desk would not switch our rooms claiming there was no availability.
