Contractual issues and Charges not listed on your site. Neither side take accountability leaving the customer to line their profit, the hotel won't help you at all. Night staff are entitled and dont take initiative to extend customer service. Night manager was an abusive condescending manboy placed his shortcomings onto me, coy and personalized the experience and lack of training was redirected to me hence leaving my family stranded at theme park because proper cs wasn't extended regarding the FREE bus fair that was not avail for display or extended during check in. Due to lack of information provided by the front desk! Big brand hotel has questionable ethics, management lacks of accountability for any of these actions, and the manager staff entitled is insulting considering we are the ones trying to have a good time,e saving this money for a vacation during this difficult time. This is not to be taken lightly to charge customers without full disclosure on both ends and when you do, you blame the customer for speaking up about it

Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable! Breakfast was awesome. If going to Disney, I recommend downloading the app the night before and getting your passes ready. We missed the bus and had to wait 25 minutes for another. Also, didn't like that the bus stop was on a busy corner next to the hotel. Everything else was great, kids loved it!

First room they gave us was on the 5th floor.. smelled like an old casino smoking room.. bedroom light and phone didn’t work..I asked to move the guy at the counter was very nice and helpful.. he moved us to another room that didn’t smell .. bedroom phone didn’t work.. and the outlets on the lamps don’t work.. so we had to leave our phone’s charging in the bathroom The worst embassy that I’ve stayed at by far..

Please have the staff clean the rooms before you have to occupants in the room. Please have them actually wipe down the counters and side tables. And please vacuum the floors, even in the hallways, the floors had food and residue on them. I stayed on a Thursday and saw that there was bark on the second floor ground. I returned on Sunday night to stay through Monday and that same piece of bark was in the same place.

Not very clean. Carpet is not clean food and other items. I had to switch rooms because there wasn’t here in the shower sink and toothpaste left on the tub. I was switched to another room that room was a little bit cleaner, but the carpet still had food and leftover residue from the previous occupant. At least the beds were clean.

Where to start. Pretty filthy overall. Walls and carpet are filthy throughout. One server/bartender in the “restaurant” which is pretty much a joke. The happy hour snacks don’t get restocked. Rotten food for sale in the little shop … I’m looking at you desk staff who we literally informed them about the moldy Twinkies days ago and were still there today when we left. Can’t seem to find that car valet when you need them. Our room came with an empty dispenser of conditioner which never got refilled even after I asked the front desk. Again, carpet in halls and rooms are absolutely disgusting and is my biggest hangup. I feel there are no standards here. Hey instead of having that guy who walks around trying to get everyone to sign up for the vacation club (over and over at every meal) you have him clean your hotel or make drinks in the bar. Maybe that would entice more people to stay with your brand. Great location near Angel Stadium.

We had an accessible room which you can tell it needed lots of love. The carpet was coming off the floor and a lot of the paint was peeling to where you could see rust. We’ve stayed here before and the other rooms are not like this. We went down for breakfast on Sunday morning right when it opens and all the mess was there from Saturday night still on the tables. Which I thought was odd. Overall the property and staff are great. Just the room itself was pretty run down. So I was a tad disappointed in the price.
