Heater wasn’t working room was so cold i did message to the counter people around 9 get response at 10:30 maintenance guy showed at 11 problem wasn’t resolved amd ventilation was blowing cold air all night that i was forced to cover the air vent with a towel

Good place reasonably priced
We took a quick fun Disneyland trip on a Sunday and stayed here for 2 nights. Place was great! It was clean. Easy to find. And about a good 30 min walk to the parks. I would say if you have no little kids or if you are in good walking shape getting to the park by foot is simple staying here. The price was great also! That’s what brought us to stay and try it out.

What we didn’t like was the broken elevator which made navigating throughout the hotel during peak hours horrendous, please fix it soon I overheard many other customers say similar things.
