Check in was easy and quick, hotel is very clean, safe and pretty quiet. However , the breakfast buffet was disappointing, the TV channels were totally lame, and 2 nights in a row the pool was closed *several hours* before the posted closing time for "cleaning" I would still say this is a 4.5/5 hotel and I would still recommend people to stay here.

I would stay here again. It was a really nice, spacious, and very clean hotel. We enjoyed our time there! The warm cookies were a plus. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and it is very walkable to Disneyland. We walked back and forth for the three days we were there.

Definitely would recommend based upon location to Disney and convention center. After remodel is done will be better. Some areas of facilities are showing their age. Convention center directions are misleading if walking. If you don’t need exercise go in direction of convention way, towards Morton’s not popular ice cream venue

The room had a funny odor to it, $33 a night to park your car that was not told until after you book the room and it was so expensive to eat at the hotel restaurant. ($60 for 2 to have breakfast. Ate breakfast outside the hotel the rest of the stay. Also I was handicapped with a sign and they still did not waive the parking charge.

One of the nicer hotels around Disneyland. Restaurant staff was especially friendly and helpful. Room was fairly comfortable, nice beds, but the sofa was pretty old and worn.
