I really liked this hotel it was walking distance to Disney. The breakfast was just ok but my hopes weren’t super high it was enough for morning fuel. Check in staff was great will stay here again!!

We love it! Highly recommend! This is an excellent vacation stay for Disneyland Parks! Top-notch quality EVERYTHING including: room, service, amenities, breakfast buffet, parking, friendly and helpful staff! And it’s about a 12 minute walk to the park gates with only one stoplight.

Vacation trip

The hotel itself was good. The surrounding area is the problem, it is next to a convenience store that attracts the homeless and criminal types. It is also next to a bus stop that attracts drug use and homeless that loiter on the sidewalk making it difficult to come and go especially in foot. The purpose of the hotel and it's location is to walk to the parks; however, the homeless and drug addicts in the area make it unsafe.

Did not have the room available that I booked which was a single queen bed room. I got a double queen bed room for one person on a floor filled with children right next to the elevator. I got no rest for two nights. Loud environment. Can hear snores, foot stomping, cars honking as well as people being frustrated because the elevator stopped working. Won’t be coming back.

I’m not one to leave a negative review unless my family and I were mistreated. We had a booked 2 rooms for 3 night here just recently. It was a fire training / family Disneyland trip. We complained about our room smelling with nothing being done,our AC wasn’t working properly to no solution, that’s how they work the lady said l. we asked why the parking spots were being saved buses and not one day or night did we see a bus in the back. Other than the gentleman who work the evening shift. Everyone else was rude and disrespectful. We will not be using this hotel again.
