We lived del sol. Super accommodating and kind. Clean and close to the park. Pool was pretty and clean. Was good sized. Had a hot tub. Room was a bit small, but we had a twin stroller.

Overall easy stay if you’re needing to be in close range to the parks. We had two small children so this was nice for naps, earlier bedtime, etc. Also loved the bunkbeds and they had cribs provided. The parking situation was a bit chaotic. We got there around 9, with check in obviously not being until 3. We planned to unload our bags in the lobby and park at the hotel until we needed to come back to check in. We were told we couldn’t park there until after 3. So we had to wait over an hour for my husband to go drive our car to a Disney lot, walk all the way back, and then do the same thing again during check in time. It was a huge hassle for something we thought was going to be included in our almost $1000 bill for the night. On top of that, it was an extra $28 a vehicle to park there. Which would have been fine from the start, but we now had to pay for the Disney lot as well so it ended up being double the price for not even a 24 hour stay.

The walking distance to Disneyland was excellent. The room accommodates up to 7 people. The staff is very friendly.

tv did not work or some lights or some outlets had to order toilet paper cause they tried to be cute with some flower thing on the paper and it ruined it. our car didn’t even get a parking spot and had to pay somewhere else to get parking even tho we paid for parking.

Proximity to Disneyland/CA Adventure is excellent
Proximity to Disneyland is excellent especially when you're walking back late at night and your feet are killing you. But, this hotel is overpriced for the amenities offered and the minimal renovation updates to the rooms. Beds were comfortable.

Horrible Nightmare
My first and last I stay at Del Sol and parking was a nightmare. I payed almost $100 for 3 days but I was never told that I had to leave my keys for valet to be moving my truck in and out every time another car goes in or out. When you pay for parking that meaning you have the freedom to go in and out when ever you want with the condition your going to have a secured parking when you return back in, but not here because it was over booked that you couldn’t drive your car out when ever you want. My car was crammed in the parking lot with 3 or 4 rows of cars in front of mine that I had to tell valet for them to start moving other cars for me to get to mine, “ Nightmare and horrible! I told them that doing that pile of cars is a code violation. I told them that my grand baby has heart problems so if an emergency arrives in the middle of the night the ambulance was not going to have access to my grandson and they didn’t care just said have the valet move the cars. That made me so upset but thank God no emergency happened but never again will I stay there. If you guys have kids, family or elderly I don’t recommend and no elevator for stroller or for elderly to walk up the stairs it’s not good or carry the stroller with my grandson in it. Horrible parking lot! I regret not taking pictures or video of all the pile of cars and how many rows they had.

For the walking distance to the amusement park, the stay was convenient. Parking was blocked and a fire hazard, let alone illegal in case of an emergency. Room door was unsafe and a gap to the door frame itself; I wasn’t sure if door was shut completely but it was when I checked. Ice machine was not working. Room service was poor beds were not made daily and bunk beds were not bunk beds. Bottom bed was completely on floor next to electrical wires which again unsafe. For the price we paid for 3 days I would much rather have stayed at a much well known hotel and just get the shuttle or drive to the amusement park. My family and I will not book here nor will I recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights. It is a great place to stay if you are going to the parks. It is very close. The rooms are good sized. The little store is nice. It is not quiet and the parking is tight, but we enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again!

The staff was very nice and worked with us when we had to change room types due to booking issues. They messaged early before check-in so it would be squared once we arrived. They were very nice and comped one night parking for the swap. Convenient to Disneyland's gates.
