The "new system" attempted to charge us in the middle of the night when we had already paid in full through Expedia. Thankfully, our bank caught it and blocked it. The office staff confirmed it was an error the next morning, insisting they would look into it and let us know what happened. They did not. When we finally checked in about it again at the end of our trip, they only reiterated that they had a "new system" and apologized. We then received a bill from the hotel for the same amount after we left. They confirmed this was also an error, blaming it on the new system. All in all, it sounded like it was most likely a series of innocent mistakes, but it did not inspire confidence. I canceled the credit card I used with them to play it safe.
Another thing we didn't realize in advance... it's basically valet parking only. There are about twice as many rooms as there are parking spots, so the valets are forced to constantly shuffle the cars. If you stay here, please tip them well; they do a great job and the situation isn't their fault. It also ended up being fine for us, since we were just walking into the park every day, but if you need to get your car in and out a lot during your hotel stay, maybe choose a different hotel.
Also, heads up, there is no elevator. Not sure how ADA compliant this hotel is.
Other than these issues, it was a great hotel. Clean, simple, and super convenient if you're doing Disney. My kid loved the bunk beds (under 5'2" is best).
