Bed bugs and dirty rooms

I am still waiting to hear back from their management on refund of a room night due to bed bugs, dirty room with fake eyelashes stuck on the bedlamp, long white hair hanging from the coffee shelf above the microwave, and crusty/dirty desk chair.

Dirty carpets

Front desk staff and valet were amazing and kind. BUT room was okay the floor DISGUSTING. Sticky floor and very dirty carpet. Carpet turn kiddos knees and feet black after a couple mins on it. Just in the time we unloaded our belongings from our vehicle. Housekeeping not great. They came in our room first night and only took out trash and replaced towels. On check out day on my way back to my room I saw one was listening outside our door which made us feel uncomfortable. Outside noise outside the door is a bit louder than it should be.

First time staying here and it was excellent. We are a family of 5 and the bunk beds really made life easy for everyone to have their own bed. The kids loved it. The room was spacious for all of us and the luggage. Large closet! With the bunk bed having extra drawers as well. It was a VERY close walk to Disney. Definitely closer than some of the Disney resort hotels (minus grand California obviously). We didn’t use the parking lot, and I have read people say it’s small. But we felt like it was a large parking lot with several empty spaces. Conveniently there is a Dennys and IHOP right there. We mobile ordered breakfast on our last day, that was easy for the kids. The staff were helpful. We showed up hours before check in time (before Disney opened) and they have a large closet for luggage storage. And a 24 hour front desk. So we were able to come back after Disney closed to check in and get our luggage. Check in was quick and they had a luggage cart available to help us move everything. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean, small but normal for a hotel. Would definitely stay here again, 5 stars for sure

Close to Disney for a family vacation

Very friendly staff. Big room with bunk beds which my kids loved since they each got their own bed. Great location for Disney and lots of food options. My only complaint is that they leave the bright walkway lights on all night and the shutter blinds dont block out the light so the room was never actually dark at night.
