The Cortana Inn and Suites was just what we needed. The rooms were clean and appropriate for this level of hotel, the continental breakfast was very good, and the service was top notch. Ana at the front desk handled getting us into our eight rooms efficiently and was a lot of fun to talk to as we worked on it. Very welcoming! This hotel will be at the top of our list whenever we have reason to travel to Disney, especially with student groups.

Very comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, and really appreciated the free EV charging. The only negative was the bathtub was slow to drain and left a foul smell in the room so we had to sleep with the fan going to help clear out the smell. Otherwise we loved how close we were to Disney at a great price!

I like staying here when we come to Disney. We can just walk across the street to take the Toy Story bus to Disneyland and that’s super helpful. The staff is really nice and I like that there’s a free breakfast every morning.

The breakfast and delicious and during our stay there was variety of breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained. However, walls do seem to be paper thin. We could hear everything going on outside and in near by rooms.

Disney Trip

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights, and while there were some pros and cons, the convenient location near the Disneyland parks was a major highlight. The hotel offers an art shuttle that runs to the parks for a reasonable fee, and it's within a short 5-minute walk. Additionally, the Toy Story parking lot is about a 10-15 minute walk away, providing an alternative option, especially since the shuttle stops running a half hour after closing. Another plus was the included hot breakfast from 6:30-9:30 am, which would be a great way to save money before heading into the parks. The hotel also offers early check-in and late check-out, which I took advantage of after arriving early by train. However, there were some significant drawbacks. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and lumpy, and the hotel wasn't the quietest. While the guests weren't loud, the ongoing maintenance in housekeeping was a major issue, with loud hammering and drilling starting as early as 8:30 am. I complained on the second night, and the hotel offered to move me or stop the maintenance until I left. However, even with earplugs, the noise from housekeeping's carts was still a problem. Overall, if you're looking for a convenient location and don't mind some noise, this hotel might be a good option. However, if a quiet and comfortable bed are top priorities, you might want to consider elsewhere.

Sink and tub wouldn’t drain air conditioner was noisy and did not keep room cool. Had to get fridge replaced did not work. This Hotel needs a complete renovation. Would not recommend the rooms but the staff was amazing!

Everything was just yucky dirty gross. It was unpleasant to stay there. They also only clean your room every 3 days… that’s insane! Our sink or shower didn’t drain properly, we asked them for new bedding one night and for a pickup of the room and they didn’t do it. Just terrible.
