We liked the pool and the large rooms wich was good when traveling in a group of 6. If you are someone who is into the more lavsish type of suites, this is hotel is not for you. The sushi restaurant was average. Best value was the bowls, not the rolls or sashimi. I think they would increase customer traffic if they introduced a continental style breakfast as well. We didn't really take advantage of the amenities other than the pool. Like I said nothing flashy but did provide some relaxation and enjoyment. Location is ok. However not really close to much so expect to take an uber. Now for the hotel. As I work in the construction industry, I do feel that this building should be on a the verge of some sort of restoration. A lot of noticeable water damage which leads to the musky smell of the building. Staff was like 50/50 on who you get. Everybody has their bad days but definitely think there should be some realization that most people traveling to this resort are coming with their kids for a family vacation. The front desk should be the best representation of customer service for the resort. I do realize that customer service is a bit lost these days with the newer generations but I do feel that for some families this could be their 1 and only trip and it should be considered. You should not feel as if you are troubling employees to do their jobs. All and all, I think if were to organize a Disneyland trip again I would likely not stay at this hotel.

It was okay. Check in was a bit of a pain. Had to adjust our days a bit and the new reservation didn’t show up in their system. Apparently couldn’t use the information on the hotels app to confirm the booking. Room was dated. Shower didn’t drain properly and the bathroom door had a good bit of water damage. Besides that, beds were comfortable and clean. Nice options for dining and pool was nice

This is worst hotel I have ever visited . Checked in and out in 15 minutes . The rooms were super old , dark like a horror movie , stinky carpets , worst customer service. We saw the room asked for changing the room as we did not like it at, they did not do it. And after we checked out they did not refund anything on the 2 nights booking. Anyone who is looking to book in that area pls go for other options there are plenty more in that area. Way better and cheaper than this one.

The property is older for sure. This is the hotel my parents took me to when going to Disneyland back in the day when it was a Sheraton. I would suggest a interior update (something like rounding the corners of the walls) and an update to the shuttles.

I had paid extra for a garden view room was put into a room facing a brick wall which was a little frustrating. Our room was very dated and older but clean. A little concerning we had an opening in the ceiling above the shower. Outside of hotel is beautiful but inside is definitely very dated and old.
