Worse customer service starting with the valet guys. The front desk was terrible. I was giving a room that I didn’t request which never mentioned anything about the room at the front desk. After letting front desk the issue, he was very rude and the way he refer to me with his supervisor wasn’t professional at all.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Resort, and overall, I had a great experience. This hotel is a fantastic choice, especially for those planning a trip to Disneyland. One of the biggest advantages is its location. It's within a comfortable walking distance to Disneyland, which was a huge plus for my family. We appreciated being able to easily get to and from the parks without relying on shuttles or driving. The hotel also offers a decent-sized parking lot, making it easy to get in and out, which is always a bonus compared to some of the other hotels around the park. Inside, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and the Fairfield by Marriott Resort definitely met my expectations. Finally, the staff in the lobby were very nice and helpful, making the check in and check out process a breeze. In summary, I would recommend the Fairfield by Marriott Resort to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay near Disneyland. The location, parking, clean rooms, and friendly staff make it a great value.

Best thing is location

This is a great property for a visit to Disneyland. We timed it as 8 minutes from the door of the hotel to walk the gates of Disneyland. We had 5 people in a room. Be aware that the pullout bed in the double queen room is very very small and narrow. It's big enough for someone 10-12 years old or younger but that's about it. Hotel was very clean and the hot tub was very nice after a long day of walking. Very close to multiple dining options. We were there for 4 nights and didn't need our car at all.

Extremely disappointed in lack of availability of things as basic as coffee. The water pressure in the shower was barely a trickle and so hard to rinse off. Ridiculous. I remember this location used to have food and coffee in the mornings before covid. Sadly, they have chosen to not have those sorts of offerings and I was told I had to walk to the street to Panera to get any coffee... I won't be staying here again. I expect more from a Marriott property.

Absolutely fantastic hotel situated a 7-15 minute walk from the Disney parks (depending on how fast you walk). The reception staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room cleans were done to a fantastic standard and they didn’t step a foot wrong. Priced reasonably well for how close to the parks they are - I would stay again!
