The outside of the property is dilapidated, in terrible condition. Upon arrival i thought, no way we're staying here. However, we went inside of the family apartment and were pleasantly surprised. The room smelled clean and looked clean. It was nice and spacious and it was nicely decorated. However the walls are extremely thin so you can hear all your neighbors even their most quiet conversations. We were charged prior to our arrival which was not part of the agreement and I did not like that at all. After speaking with the front desk about it he said that was the managers decision. Upon check in front desk had me sign and asked for ID but said nothing else other than sliding me 1 key for the room. Upon checkout I had to request a receipt otherwise he wouldnt have given me one. The homeless man yelling at the hotel night manager, banging his head on the concrete wall and the police presence rounded out our stay. If you are not thrown by the ugliness and the loud noises then this is the place for you. Because once you get inside its pleasant.

I did not liked the place...inside had a terrible smell..boards, beds,towels were dirty. Outlet in the bathroom was holding with tape. Roaches in the bathroomand Tv didn't work for me. Dont reserve here is not worth the $240 i paid.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It looked nothing like the pictures and was absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy. The bed, couch, and walls were stained and dirty. I will never stay here again

Just the right price for what you paid for. Housekeeping never came. You can hear the people upstairs walking and dropping all their stuff. Towels weren’t that clean sadly. Not staying here again tho.

We just wanted a place to last or heads after a long day at Disneyland. This hotel was disgusting! We were given our room and when pulling down the comforter there were holes in the sheets and black hairs in the bed! We requested a different room and it had the same issue. The shower in the first room had missing porcelain. When checking in there was another patron complaining about a cockroach coming out of the shower drain. The third room was missing a security lock. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else at 11:00 at night. I’m usually one that could stay anywhere but didn’t feel comfortable here.

A bad start to a nice experience ending
We didn't get the option to choose a specific room like the ones that are shown on the web page where we booked. The room that we were sent to was really bad in condition. The restroom was in really bad condition the faucets were really ugly dirty and loose there were roaches cockroaches behind the metals of the sink and the tub and the drain. There were roaches coming out of the couch that is a sofa bed. Our arrival was at 3:45 a.m. and we instantly ran to give our complaint, the customer service that we received from then was absolutely astonishing. Respectfully we were heard and instructed on how to submit the complaint online through the hotels.com company that we booked through. And our family was offered the next morning before we were turning in our key to leave the hotel. A very kind gentleman helped us out to get a different room which was better in condition 90 times and there was only one roach found, the kitchen sink was a bit clogged, and the sofa bed was dirty but the mattress on the sofa bed was really clean and good condition. The inconvenience was saved by this kind gentleman for us to stay the full week at a better room. It was very satisfying that our complaint was Heard and they resolved our issues. Our family has agreed to come back to this place next year. They have nice food spots near by. We didn't go to any amusement park this time of year. I was unable to upload any pictures. If you don't like what you see in the room, just go and inform the front

I enjoyed the hotel. The room was comfortable. There's a Starbucks near by the hotel which is a huge plus for me. Staff were friendly. I would stay there again.

This is the worse hotel I had ever stayed in. The sofa bed had a blood stain on it. Sheets and towels were dirty and had hair on them. My son had to go to a store to get disinfectant spray. The walls had paint peeling, there was no remote for the tv. The worse was that there was a man doing drugs on the stairs to the second floor. DO NOT stay at this hotel! The pictures were not what the hotel looked at.

I had the pleasure of staying at Executive Inn and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i walked in, the service was outstanding. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. The room itself was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, with fresh towels, high-qualities toiletries. The Hotel’s location is also ideal- centrally located, Making it east to explore Disneyland, knott’s berry farm.whether you want to relax in the hotel or head out for sightseeing, its perfect base. Overall, Executive Inn Anaheim provided an unforgettable experience. Whether for business or leisure, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!
