Overall everything was good. A few issues with traffic noise late at night from Harbor Blvd. The water in the shower would be fine, then scalding hot, then back to where it was or even colder a few seconds later.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and hospitable! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room (and how comfortable the beds were) and the exterior of the property, especially considering how affordable the nightly cost was. Disneyland was only a 20-minute walk which was great. I would actually consider forgoing “nicer” hotels in favor of Carriage Inn next time I’m in Anaheim!

This hotel has all it says it has. Love it

This is my 2 nd time staying. The service was friendly and professional. Rooms clean comfortable. The Jacuzzi worked both time we stayed. If u stay in a lot of hotels, they all say pool jacuzzi. However they are mostly out of service. Not here. It's great and clean

We like the fact you can walk to the toy story parking lot and catch the tram to Disneyland it took about 15 minutes to walk.

The hotel is fine, very close to Disney. Free and easy parking. Only complaint is the shower, it changes temperature every 3 seconds from icy cold to burning hot!!! I almost got burned.

My husband and i stayed for a weekend, the staff where very nice. They do have a nice breakfast hall and a small lawn for my service dog to use. The room was spacious, and it had a full size couch. What i did not like was the door jam was so tall i had difficulties getting out of my room with my wheelchair, the tv did not work, the walls where ridiculously thin, the bed was only mildly comfortable, the thermostat was way off (the AC didnt work very well), and the fan and light where the same switch, so i constantly had to hear that fan every time either of us had to use the restroom. Would not suggest for a long trip, unless you are ok with not sleeping much.

No-Thrills, but comfortable

The staff was welcoming and friendly at check-in, during breakfast and while cleaning. The outside appearance was worn, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. It is a no-thrills motel, but we got a good night sleep.
