Don’t hesitate to book this place. The staff/conciege/ restaurant staff are great! Terrific location to everything. Great breakfast every morning. Canal view room is terrific. Glad we booked for our Anniversary trip!

The room was not ready at 3pm and groups of us had to wait for room service to be completed. Location is great, very close to everything and the bar is large and comfortable. The service is good at the bar. Sauna, pool and gym are great as well. Room cleanliness is sub-par.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the Amsterdam Central station, other attractions. I `will categorized this hotel as 3 star hotel not 4 star., it is still substandard as compared to US hotels 4 star. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good except there are no variations. The person cleaning the room is reliable.Overall we are satisfied.

It’s a gorgeous building but very small and certainly not the level conjured by the famous New York Park Plaza. It’s location is its best feature. It has a five star brand name but is more like 3.9 stars in luxury.

the location is great... the room itself was tiny. We took the king size bed with canal view. You can barely walk around the bed. There is a bed with a meter to the right and left of it then 1.5 meters in front of it. I think I will be looking for a different hotel next time.
