The guest check in/out staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged taxis and highlighted maps for us. The breakfast staff/woman on our first morning was quite rude, but the other staff was so lovely, I still give this hotel 5 stars.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are kept immaculately clean. There are small touches like welcome drink on arrival, chocolates in the room and water replaced in fridge every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Small "boutique" hotel with staff that go above and beyond to provide you with whatever advice or assistance you need. I accidentally dropped/left behind an article of value in my room and, although the room attendant had obviously been into my room to service it, the item was placed on my bed, totally intact. I very much appreciated their honesty and trustworthiness! Thank you for a lovely stay! I hope to see you again!

Very quiet and clean hotel that is just a short, easy walk to the old town city center. The staff is also exceptionally helpful. Everything gets an A /A except the bedding, which is good but not great. We would stay here again.
