Although the room was clean the fact that I had to climb up a ladder to get to the bed was not a good experience as I injured my leg getting down from the bed it's a stupid design,, even though at checking in they could see that I'm 60 years old and I asked for a room with the bed down low they wouldn't accommodate me and they were not going to accept my money at check in because one of the notes was ripped at the corner!!!!! Bizarre!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to take a room with the bed up in the ceiling!!

The hotel is fine but the basic single and the standard single beds are horrible. The single upper bed is dangerous to go up, the lower single bed is a head batter which is dangerous. People banging their heads, a bit too low.

My room was clean and ready by the time I checked-in. There are two tram stops close to the property, Ulienstede and Kronenberg, which are both on the Number 5 Tram.

SMALL HOTEL ROOM…. But they tell you that when you make the booking, nothing more than a place to sleep and shower before taking on the adventure ahead. Very helpful staff… the guy at the front desk even remembered my birthday. If you are a walker it’s not super far from the city center. Amstelveen is the area and it’s quieter compared to the city itself. Would Definitely stay here again without hesitation. Just please understand this is a capsule hotel and it’s different from what we are used to in America but it’s recommend giving it a try.

Well laid out room with en-suite bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast juice, tea/coffee and croissant available in the lobby. Complimentary tea/coffee at all times. Vending machines available. Bike and umbrella hire service. Brisk 10 minute walk to Kronenburg tram station which gives direct access into the city centre. Or change at Zuid for trains to the airport and beyond.

The staff are amazing, they were the best part of the place, super helpful and nice. The room was very clean, the only downsize of our stay is the noise between the room, you can hear everything around so sometimes when I was sleeping I woke up scared because of the corridor doors. All the rest was amazing, I would highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable accommodation in Amsterdam.

Good value, good public transport networks. Friendly. But dangerous ladder system with inadequate safety bars to steady yourself and pull yourself up onto top bunk / steady yourself down. Think needs to be addressed as a priority. Otherwise. Very good

Everything was fine, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. It looked very futuristic and bright. We were a bit shocked that the bathroom door was see-through and doesn't lock, be warned you can't get privacy in the toilet or shower if you come with another person unless they go out of the room for a few minutes. There's free wifi, warm shower, and overall it's a quiet and cozy place that I would stay again.
