I booked this hotel because I needed a shuttle service to the airport early in the morning. However, the shuttle bus only starts driving at 6 AM which would have been too late for me to catch my flight at 6:45 AM. That was disappointing cause now I still had to arrange transportation.

Supposed to be a birthday trip. Started off with dirty laundry ended with us having to change rooms because of the noisy squeaky door which kept us awake all night. No bath mats forgot to top up coffees . We ended up going across the road for my birthday evening because they didn't have prosecco. Best decision

No favial tissues. No shampoo. No closeable toilet and the seat kept sliding around. The staff were very good. Breakfast was good but cereal option needs improvement. The heat/air system was set and could not be changed. The only food in the area is McDonald's. I would not call this property a Best Western so plus is a real stretch.

Terrible wifi (no point in calling it a wifi). The internet connection was a lottery. Its not available all most all the time. You will get clean towels everyday, but have to go to the reception everyday to pickup coffee supplies.

The hotel was very clean and had nice architecture. I was also glad to have McDonald's so close for late night snacks. The shuttle service was a nice touch, but unfortunately it didn't run in the hours we needed.

Had to stay here last minute due to a flight cancellation, was really good for a night. Shuttles to and from airport and helpful and staff was very friendly
