Great, helpful staff. Allowed me to check in early, so i dont have to lug my baggage around the city with me (they do also offer baggage storage). Receptionist was very happy to explain basics of getting around and whats worth seeing and visiting. Overall really good experience

These guys were amazing. The rooms were clean and all amenities in order. What stood out was their exceptional service: we traveled with 3 young children internationally, and the staff were so hospitable and accommodating. I travel to Europe 2 to 3 times annually and the staff’s service was uncommon. 5 stars!

Really amazing for the price. The pillows are way to high, and one of the mattresses in our room was defective and way to soft at some spot. Overall we think this place is excellent especially given it's free parking if booked through travel agencies

Loved the studio room, well stocked with the essentials being provided. Nice, clean interior, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully close to the train station. Bed was quite creaky though and a lot of the sockets had bent prongs and couldn’t be used unless fixed

We checked in late at night, It would have been great if we were given an additional time to check out late. When we asked the lady after check in, but she told us that we will be charged extra per hour… I had never heard of that; hence I didn’t sleep well. We rushed to check out just to learn from a male receptionist that we could get extra time without a charge. It was too late, but he reimbursed us with free drinks. It was nice of him, but the lady messed it up the night before… messed up my vacation and memories coz I was worried of being charged
