This hotel offers basic accommodation with a bed to sleep on and space for your belongings, structurally fine, but it lacks several expected basic amenities. My experience may have been an anomaly, but it was still disappointing.
Both phones in the room were non-functional, preventing me from calling the front desk. I was also given only one towel, with none for stepping onto when getting out of the shower. The water temperature fluctuated, starting lukewarm and later going hot but inconsistently, making for an awkward shower experience.
The hotel advertised restaurants, they seemed closed or non-existent. There was a coffee shop at front desk, but it lacked milk. While it says the hotel offers room service, I couldn’t see any evidence of that or use it due to broken phones. I hope you get the idea.
Check-in was slow, likely due to a flight cancellation, with long lines and several agents handling multiple guests. There was a lot of questioning at the door about who was entering and leaving, which felt overly strict. Despite an Expedia reservation, there was confusion about my booking, though they eventually found and honored it.
The airport shuttle service was prompt, arriving just 5 minutes after I told them.
Given the issues, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The only real plus was the airport shuttle, which was the main reason I was at this hotel, but I was disappointed by the hotel itself.
