My room's main entrance light would only turn on to flash repeatedly. I did not use it for the rest of my stay. The shower pan was not draining well. Finally, one of the tiles in the entrance area to the room was loose and shifted when walked on. Some of the grout was chipped off.

Amarillo East Side
Great spot to stay on the East side of Amarillo when coming back from Colorado. The hotel is very pet friendly so you'll want to find out on what floor the don't allow pets if you don't want to hear barking. The breakfast was decent and no frills but the best part of breakfast is the spaciness of the dining area. And the room was spotless! Would stay here again.

It was fine for a brief stay - clean, convenient, easy. But noisy! Not just road noise from 40 but interior noise as well. Walls are very thin, and every door that opened, every footstep in the hallway, heavy wind noise, dog barks, airplanes, etc. carried. Not easy to sleep. Also, possibly more dogs than people there. Overall, property is fine for the price if you don’t expect too much.

Nice but NOISY
The hotel is very nice, clean, and well-kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we stayed on a hall with the noisiest, least considerate guests ever. Multiple rooms had people letting the room doors slam SO LOUDLY both late at night and at 6A, and the folks upstairs may possibly have been doing heavy construction based on their banging around. Kids allowed to run up and down the hall outside our room and above us, and more than one dog barking nonstop. I've been travelling for decades and this was honestly the noisiest hotel stay I've ever experienced.
