The tub, towels, and room was dirty. Went to plug in my phone and had to move the nightstand and omg disgusting was behind it. The towels and bathroom were just bad. The good thing the beds are comfortable. The person who checked us in was very friendly

The woman at the front desk was very nice upon check in. I rented two rooms, they were disgustingly dirty. I had to ask for new sheets for a bed in one room because it had yellow urine looking stains all over it. The room i stayed in was so obviously dirty and they didnt try to hide it. The towels were so dingy that I didnt bother to shower. The bed was the only comfortable part, but only after we inspected for bedbugs after reading past reviews. Didnt bother with breakfast because the area was a complete disaster at 8am. And then a few hours after check out, they attempted to charge my credit card. Unsure why, as i paid everything up front. I've attached a photo of the lamp above the table that i noticed while attempting to eat.

“Bates Motel”

This “Hotel”, more like a damn Motel needs to shut down! Arrived, requested towels never got them. My room was by the pool, horrible place seemed more like it was for crackheads. My kids and I woke up at 1AM to a woman screaming for help, guys yelling profanity to the woman. Called the front desk nothing was done. I wanted to leave but feared for my kids and my safety especially at that hour of the night. I stayed awake until about 3:30 AM because those people kept walking outside yelling. At 7AM I called again for towels, was told they would get them to me right away, NEVER GOT THEM AGAIN! The place is run down, the pictures they show look nice and all but it’s definitely nothing like the pics they post. This has been my very first Horrible Experience with La Quinta! Not exaggerating either, this place needs to shut down for real or needs better people running it and updating it 100%! Everything is so old in it, everything! The fact that they charge you a fee in case you mess up anything is beyond ridiculous since the place is a complete hell hole. Hotels. Com needs to remove this property from it listings.

The property was unlike other la Quinta properties ive stayed in before as the doors were all on the outside like a motel. There was construction going on past 9pm right next to my room. The walls and door was paper thin so you could hear everything happening all around you. Multiple sirens throughout the night. The staff were sweet though. The area looked sketchy and in the morning ran into some crazies in the parking lot on my way out. Its what i expected for 65 dollars.

The smell of "Fabuloso" was so strong it didnt leave until sometime in the early morning. But the floor was sticky, so either too much or should have been rinsed! -The bathroom wall behind the door was dirty, streaks going down( like they left the door open and never looked at the wall with the door shut from the inside. -the toilet kept losing water so it kept filling up throughout the night -it was very dated, the tub nnede to be replaced as well as drywall around the base boards -the blow dryer didnt work -the phone didnt work and she( at front desk)said her husband would come fix it- but never did -the outlets on the alarm clock didnt work, electrical or usb for charging phones- - didnt look anything like the pictures on line when we booked Very disappointed when we were ground level with outside entrance and people left their dogs tied to theie car so they were making alot ot noise Disappointed in the BRAND "La Quinta" should have inspections!
