We did not even check in. We drove up to the lobby entrance. Saw homeless people in the dumpster right next to hotel. Also saw sketchy lookin people hanging in front of their hotel rooms. There was no way I was staying at this motel. Also in a more rundown looking area. Keep driving people and dont be lured by the cheap price

Room was nicely done and clean however no USB ports and my devices needed charge, this is 2024! My main issue was I booked this hotel because it has a pool and I wanted to relax after a 6 hour drive. The pool was closed. False advertising.

The room was absolutely disgusting. To the point where I booked a new hotel room at another location shortly after checking in to this location. The walls/door frames were covered in black hand dirt, the dresser drawer was flithy, the bathtub had mold at the base where the edge met the tile. The bathroom counter top had something brown splashed on it. Save your money. Book somewhere else. Management will just tell you they are "doing renovations," and that is why things are so dirty. I could understand that as an excuse if it were dusty but that was not the case. It was just purely unclean. I was happy to loose my money and not have to stay there. However, the positive was the gal at the front desk was very pleasant and I feel bad that she has to work there.

I stayed overnight for my job as a Travel CNA and had to get up at 4 AM. You could hear everything going on in the next room and the TV was so loud I couldn’t sleep well. Doors being slammed and kids crying was not ideal for a good night rest. I won’t be staying here anymore I would rather spend a little extra for better quality stay. Also when I started running the water it smelled like feces.

The hotel is my go to when i am in Amarillo. However, the room has just one or two electrical outlets per room and you have to move a furniture item to get to them. No fault of the hotels, but a garabge truck comes every morning between 4:30a and 5:30a, so you dont need an alarm clock. However, the staff and the location make up for the other stuff.
