The night clerk who helped me was fantastic and so friendly! A few of the morning crew who I tried to greet good morning to looked at me funny but no big deal because the mattress gave us the bestest sleep in our life, wow. The reason for the non perfect rating is because I went down stairs to grab a cart around 10:30-10:40a and when I tried to re-enter my room my access had been cut off, WHAT THE HECK. Luckily my wife was in the room and let me in. I’ve stayed in many hotels and that has never happened once so I’m a bit disappointed because I travel often and wanted this hotel brand to become my one and only! Please.. say it isn’t so Comfort Suites South!

Great Hotel
We started our Rt 66 trip in Amarillo. This was a great hotel. We went to the Cadillac Ranch and ate dinner at The Big Texan. Loved them both. The hotel was comfortable but we needed a car to go to both areas of interest.
