baymont is usually a good hotel chain was very disappointed with this location dirty- hair in shower just not clean overall

back door was opened all night with a rat trap and some rooms were open with the door lock not closing several doors which lead me to believe safety was not good here. Why would they allow it? I asked if there were exterior cameras and they said yes, so they should have seen that. It's right off the interstate, lots of truckers in/out. Wouldn't stay there again, as I didn't feel safe.

Great customer service, very affordable and clean!
Second time we stayed here at this location. The hotel manager we encountered is very nice and sweet. Very affordable and clean. Decent breakfast. Okay location. Places to eat with in walking location.

Check in person was very pleasant, room was large and clean and area was quiet. Would have liked a receipt upon checkout but there was not a clerk-just an open box to drop off keys that anyone could have taken a key from.

This is a an old property that’s been patched up badly. The mattress ruined my back. The bathtub was stained, and the toilet seat was nasty.

We needed a last minute reservation for a 1 night stay while traveling through amarillo but didnt want to pay a lot. I read the reviews for this hotel and it had wonderful reviews. I couldnt believe how great it was for the low price! bed slept great, very clean and very freindly staff

The property was well maintained. The room was clean. There was a vehicle whose burglar alarm sounded off multiple times after midnight. Not sure why? The breakfast served was good and had several options.

The young lady at the registration desk was excellent. She was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. She gave excellent instructions for accessing my room. The only issue I had is that the property does not have an elevator, which I did not know in advance and my assigned room was on the second floor. I was told that all the rooms that were like what I reserved were on the second floor. This was somewhat of a problem for a senior citizen needing to carry several items of luggage upstairs.
