Generally run down. Room was a 2nd floor walk-up (no elevator). The bed was gruesomely hard. The property was noisy and the A/C was broken upon check-in.

We have stayed here before and really liked that they have a good size dirt courtyard that is shaded to walk the dogs around. Unfortunately this trip they had significant rain so most of the courtyard was like two separate ponds so area to walk was limited. Not a "ding" but was disappointing, but out of their control. Also - would be nice if they added maybe scrambled eggs to the breakfast fare. Just pretty limited for protein items.

The room is smaller than what was shown on the listing. Overall is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Staff is professional. I will probably be back here when I am in Amarillo.

Great place to stay, very nice
This place has recently been renovated and it shows, everything felt newish and clean. The bed was comfortable although a little squeaky, and the shower hot although pressure was just ok. We had some noisy cars and bikes in the morning but otherwise it was quiet. The courtyard was lovely and a great spot to chill. Coin laundry is also available. Staff were lovely. Breakfast wasn’t much, waffles, biscuits and gravy and then the usual continental. This one was the nicest we’ve stayed in our 2 week road trip.

Good for an Overnight Stay
This was a one night stop over during a multi state road trip. The facility isn’t new. However, the rooms have been updated/renovated. Everything was clean. No complaints. not a ding, just FYI, there is no elevator for upstairs rooms. Not a huge problem unless you are physically limited.
